Ryan brings over a decade of hands-on geology experience specializing in exploration and mine development across Western Australia (WA). With a background spanning various commodities and roles, he stands ready to address your needs with tailored services and innovative geological solutions. From initial project assessment to target identification, planning, and successful execution of field mapping and drill campaigns. Ryan has consistently played a pivotal role in numerous discovery teams, contributing significantly to their achievements in gold, lithium, and rare earth elements.

In his recent position with Kingfisher Mining (KFM) in the Gascoyne region, Ryan’s senior geologist role involved project generation and targeting around the Mick Well discovery. His field mapping primarily tested a carbonatite model, focusing on identifying the alteration and structural controls hosting REE mineralisation. This approach yielded remarkable results, culminating in the identification of multiple high-grade discoveries around Mick Well throughout 2023. Prior to KFM, Ryan served as a senior geologist at Capricorn Metals, leading operations at the Karlawinda and Mount Gibson Gold projects.

From 2016 to 2021, Ryan played a pivotal role in the early-stage targeting and drilling efforts that led to several significant gold discoveries in WA. Notable among these achievements was his involvement in the discovery of Northern Star's Ramone mine in the Eastern Goldfields region, as well as his contributions to multiple economically viable discoveries and resource enhancements in the Southern Cross and Pilbara Gold regions with Barto Gold and Millennium Minerals

Ryan's exploration journey commenced at Altura/Pilbara Minerals, where he served as an Exploration Geologist during the resource definition phase of the Pilgangoora lithium project. Here, he honed his skills under the mentorship of senior geologists, mapping spodumene-bearing pegmatites and conducting follow-up RC drilling operations. This experience not only provided a solid foundation in exploration but also served as a platform for his subsequent successes in the field.
